The project included the following core areas:

Conceptualization: Concept for website processes (Use Cases), navigation and page structure, wireframes for main pages and key page types.
Reorganization of content types, taxonomy concept, groups and permissions, eCommerce, and ERP system interface.

Webshop: Restoration and partial adaptation of functionalities and processes of the online shop.
Implementation of special products such as magazine subscriptions (memberships), gift subscriptions, labeling of Bioterra gardens with display on an overview map.
Complete overhaul of layout and design.
Magazine: Integration of an ePaper tool with different display options for logged-in and anonymous users.
Event Calendar / Courses: Representation of complex functionalities of the event calendar.
Display of events on an overview map, filtering options by regional group/organization, theme, or type of event and date.
Different registration options based on set criteria.
Individual menu for course administrators.
Newsletter: Update and adjustment of newsletter functionalities, including different sending options based on role and associated regional group or organization.
Individual menu for newsletter administrators.
Renewal of the newsletter template layout in line with the new website design.
Migration of subscribers.
Roles/Permissions: Revision and new setup of the complex role and permission system, including different menu options and presentation based on role.
Migrations: Multiple migrations of products and users using migration scripts until shortly before Go-Live.
SEO Optimizations: Establishment of a solid technical foundation containing all common SEO functionalities recommended by Google.
Correct redirections, optimization of loading times, integration with Google Analytics.
Content creation by editors following standard SEO best practices.
